Koh Phangan - Full moon 2015

Koh Phangan

Where did we stay?
We stayed at Island View Cabbana.

How long?
2 nights, we arrived early Monday morning, the high speed catamaran only took 20 minutes! And left 12.30pm Wednesday as we missed out 6am ferry.

What did we do?
  We arrived in Koh Phangan early, so we had a full day to sunbath. Our beach was so nice, we rented some kayaks and paddled around a big rock nearby the beach. The Full moon party and unreal, made friends with some guys from Amsterdam on our truck and partied with them all night until I got lost :( convinced a taxi guy to take me back and ended up missing our 6am ferry to Koh phi phi, ended up getting the 12.30 ferry so currently spending a night in krabi town and heading to phi phi in the morning. 

Budget
20 baht for icecream
40 baht for street chicken
70 baht for food, I had veg soup
270 baht a night for the accomadation
120 fried rice with chicken and pineapple and spring rolls
150 baht for dinner - Phangan beef curry and rice
120 baht for drinks and a bucket

150 baht for dinner - spicy chicken coconut soup and water
1000 baht for taxi, ferry, bus and ferry to Phi Phi islands
120 baht for massaman curry
150 baht zombie cocktail
100 baht for full moon entry
300 baht bottle of vodka
200 baht laughing gas balloon 
300 baht drinks and bucket

What Im buying for my travels

With only 22 days until I fly out for 7 months I thought I should start buying a few things. I got an online delivery from Hollister today, but I still have so much to buy but I'm not to worried as I will be able to get most things when I'm out there.

I got a pink floral skater dress, I already bought one of these last year in blue and I loved it so much and it was just so comfy I decided to get another one. Plus, I will be able to wear in in China when I'm teaching, if I pair it with thick tights to keep my legs warm!

I absolutely love my mint green knit body-con skirt, fits perfectly and I love the colour. 

And I also got a cute 'Los Freakin Angeles top' just to throw on as I will be able to wear it with anything.

Daily workout log

My Daily workout log

Keeping track of my workouts for 2015, as I have decided to enter Galaxy beauty pageant 2016 when I get back to England if I reach my fitness goals! I am currently doing lots of classes to get me back into the swing of things after not doing a lot over christmas.

 Metafit is a 30min body weight training session that concentrates on your big muscle groups and burns fat for up to 24 hours after you finish the class.

HITT is high intensity interval training

23rd -
22nd - Walked around Edinburgh 
21st - 1 hour gym session, weights & cardio

13th - Body balance & Legs, Bums & Tum's

1st January 2015, 

2014 was a great year, but 2015 is going to be even more exciting. My goals for 2015:

-Be more spontaneous 
-Explore
-Do more of what I enjoy
-Loose a stone
-Be ambitious
-Eat healthy
-Compliment others
-Run a half marathon
-Spend more time with family
-Be able to speak basic Mandarin
-Try hard at university 
-Cook more
-Spin a globe, close my eyes and travel to where ever it lands on
-Stop setting about 20 alarms to wake me up in the mornings
-Try and like coffee
-Send lots of postcards
-Aim for a first instead of a 2:1
-Catch up with an old friend
-Less TV, more reading

Fitness Goal 2015

My Fitness Goals

Been so busy with work, university applications and my TEFL course that I haven't had a lot of time for myself. Getting so much new gym wear for xmas so I have decided to set myself some fitness goals for 2015:

Im happy with my weight & size but as I am going traveling for 6 months then starting university I want to make sure I have something to work towards and not get lazy as I won't have my gym membership!

-Run more, beaches, streets, countryside, where ever I am, try and run more
-Enjoy the local food in the countries I am living in
-Don't weigh myself, just enjoy a healthy lifestyle
-More sit ups & squats 
-Eat less, move more.

Im so excited...

50 days till my boyfriend and I will be traveling around Thailand before I start my 6 month teaching internship in China!

I have never been soooo excited! 2015 is going to be an amazing year, next to wait and see what university I get accepted into next, its all happening babyyyy. 




Any recommendations on places to visit during out time in Thailand!?

When I went last summer I traveled to Koh Phangan, Koh Samui, Phi Phi Islands, Phuket, Koh Chang, Kanchaburi and Sangkhuburi and of course Bangkok ;)
