My Daily workout log
Keeping track of my workouts for 2015, as I have decided to enter Galaxy beauty pageant 2016 when I get back to England if I reach my fitness goals! I am currently doing lots of classes to get me back into the swing of things after not doing a lot over christmas.
Metafit is a 30min body weight training session that concentrates on your big muscle groups and burns fat for up to 24 hours after you finish the class.
HITT is high intensity interval training

21st - 1 hour gym session, weights & cardio

13th - Body balance & Legs, Bums & Tum's
12th - 1 hour spinning
January 11th - Metafit
January 10th - Rest

January 7th- Rest
January 6th- HIIT class
January 5th- Rest
January 4th- Metafit
January 3rd- gym - 25min cardio, weights, deadlifted 45kg
January 2nd - 2 mile walk
January 1st- Rest
Goal weight - 126 pounds
